The surface of the monofilament filter cloth is smooth. It is not easy to block when filtering, and the cake is easy to peel off. The multifilament filter cloth composed of multiple strands of single fiber is multifilament filtration cloth. Types of Filter Fabric
In terms of materials, there are many different types of filter fabrics, such as polyester filter cloth, polyamide fiber filter fabric, polypropylene filter cloth and vinylon filter cloth. Select the appropriate material according to the material to be filtered. To strong acid strong alkaline slurry can choose polypropylene filter cloth. But if the slurry temperature is high, then polypropylene filter fabric is not applicable. In terms of high temperature resistance, polyester filter cloth can be used. And polyester filter fabric can also be used to filter slurry containing sharp particles, and the wear resistance is better.
