Take Type-1250 washing filter plate as example:
The density is 6 times higher than that from the traditional molding process.
The thickness uniformity of single chambers can be controlled within 0.5mm, which is 10 times higher than the traditional molding process.
The filter cake comes off automatically without filter residue.
The filter plate adopts the material separator combined with clamp, so that the material separating can be even, and no material will be left in the feed hole. It is easy to install; it reduces the impact at the filter cloth feed hole and prolongs the service life.
The filter chamber consists of a membrane plate and the matching plate, which are respectively an washing inlet plate and a washing outlet plate.
The filter chamber of membrane plate is entirely on the diaphragm, which adopts a large filter point structure to make the filter cake easier to come off. The washing holes are decussate, the depth of which extends to the center of the filter plate, and multiple washing inlet holes are evenly arranged. The above design ensures that the washing under constant and steady pressure fully penetrates the filter cake without blind spots and waste of energy.
The plate adopts a large filter point design, and the center of the feed hole is equipped with a material-separator clamp to make the filter cake uniform.

The traditional Type-1250 has membrane plate of 78mm thick, a matching plate of 70mm thick and a filter chamber of 35mm, while the new Type-1250 washing has a membrane plate of 87mm thick, a matching plate of 63mm thick and a filter chamber of 40mm. The new washing increases the filtration volume by 14% over the traditional filter plate.
Ambient temperature industries (0℃- 64℃)
The traditional Type-1250 has membrane plate of 78mm thick, a matching plate of 70mm thick and a filter chamber of 35mm, while the new Type-1250 washing has a membrane plate of 83mm thick, a matching plate of 55mm thick and a filter chamber of 40mm. The new washed filter plate can save 7% of floor area and increase the filtration volume by 14% for the same filtration area.
Through testing and comparison, the new washing filter plate saves more than 45% of water compared to the traditional filter plate.
The new washing filter plate enables automatic cake removal.
